Apple phones provide a lot of conveniences, especially in the communication aspect. One of these is you can send and receive email on Gmail using your iPhone whenever and wherever you are. There are two ways to write an email on Gmail using your iPhone: using the Gmail App and the Apple Mail App. | |

Write Email Using the Gmail App | |
1 | Ensure that you have downloaded the Gmail app. |
2 | Open the Gmail app. |
3 | At the bottom right, tap on Compose. |
4 | Add the recipient’s email address in the “To” field. You can add multiple email addresses in the “Cc” and “Bcc” fields. |
5 | Add the email subject. |
6 | Write your message. You may also attach media files and documents. Additional formatting options include text styles and sizes. |
7 | When email is ready to deliver, tap on the Send button at the top of the page. |
Write Email Using the Mail App | |
1 | On Settings, Open the options for Mail App |
2 | Add an Account and choose the mail provider account which is Google. |
3 | Sign in to your Google account. |
4 | Open the Mail app. It should look like this: Choose Gmail. |
5 | To create a new email, tap on the icon that looks like this: |
6 | Input the recipient’s email address. |
7 | Add the subject of the email. |
8 | Compose your message. Formatting options are available too. |
9 | When the email is complete, tap on the Send button. |
