Sending email through Gmail using a Mac OS can be in 2 ways. If you have a chrome browser installed, you can simply proceed with the web and navigate to https://mail.google.com/. Or through the Mail app of Macbook. In this article, we’ll show you how to write and send an email using the latter option:

1Open the Mail app by clicking on the icon that looks like this:
 
2On the menu, click on Mail and choose Add account. It will allow you to choose the mail account provider(s). 
3Select Google and click on Continue.
4Fill in the necessary account information of your google account to add to the mail app.
5On the sidebar, you will find the google account you added. Click on the account to check.
6To start creating a message, click on the New Message icon:
7Add in the recipient’s username on the To: field. Add in as well other recipients on the CC field.
 
Click on the Header button to use other fields, such as Bcc or Priority.
 
8Type in the subject of the message.
9Proceed to write the message. There are also formatting options such as Font style, size, emojis, and attachments.
10When the email is complete, click on the Send button.

When using a Macbook, you can write and send an email on Gmail using the browser or the Apple Mail App. You may add your Google mail account in the Mail app. Writing an email on the Apple mail app is simple. Follow these steps: Click on the New Mail icon, Add in the recipient email address, type the email subject, compose your message, and add in attachments, media files, or emoji if needed, then click on the arrowhead button to send the email.
