The messenger app allows us to easily communicate with our loved ones on any device by sending messages, Gifs, photos, videos, stickers, and voice clips. Here’s a quick guide on how to send a message using the messenger app:
Body

1.Tap the Messenger app icon

To log in to your Facebook account, enter your Phone number or email address and Password, then tap the Log in button.
3A pop-up message will let you save your account credentials from switching accounts faster. You can skip it by tapping Not Now or save your information by tapping Save Info.
4On Messenger, tap the create new message icon in the upper right corner.
5Enter the name of the person you want to message.
6Tap the person’s Facebook profile.
Send a Text Message
1.Tap the message box at the bottom and enter your message.
2Tap the send button on the bottom right of the message box to send your message.
Add an Emoji to a message
1To add an emoji or emoticons to a message, tap the emoticon icon between the message box and the send button.
2Swipe down to see all available emojis. Tap your desired emoji, then tap the send button.
Send a GIF
1Tap the emoticon icon between the message box and the send button.
Tap the GIF icon.
2Swipe down to see recommended GIFs or tap the search bar, then enter what type of GIF you want to find (happy, laughing, angry, etc.), and tap on it to send.
Send a Sticker
1Tap the emoticon icon between the message box and the send button.
Tap the sticker button
 
2Tap to choose the type of sticker you want to send or enter what type of sticker you want to find (happy, laughing, angry, etc.), and tap on it to send.


Send Photos and Videos
1Tap the gallery button on the bottom left side of the message box.
2Tap as many as you want to select photos or videos, then tap the send button.
Send a Voice Clip
1Tap the microphone icon on the bottom left to begin the voice clip recording.
2To stop voice clip recording, tap the pause button on the bottom left.
3To review your recording, tap your recorded voice clip.
4To add another voice clip recording, tap the microphone icon on the right side of your existing voice clip.
5Once you finish your voice clip, tap the send button.
