Tim Aldrow
Chief Executive Officer
Tim’s entrepreneurial journey started early in Western New York—mowing lawns, plowing snow, and building his first clients while other kids played video games.
After earning his Engineering degree and Executive MBA from the University at Buffalo, Tim spent two decades in global aerospace, leading teams across India and the Philippines. It was during those demanding international roles that he discovered the challenge every busy professional faces: drowning in administrative tasks that pull you away from what really matters.
That insight sparked WE R Solutions.
Tim’s approach combines:

Sophie is the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless delivery of all virtual assistant services. She’s passionate about creating systems that work, teams that thrive, and clients who feel confident knowing their business is in good hands.
With a background in project coordination, client relations, and remote team management, Sophie oversees everything from VA matching to service quality control. She specializes in ensuring our clients receive the right kind of support—whether that’s a project-based engagement, part-time assistance, or a full-time team member.
