Everyone needs to communicate with people once in a while. We have many means to do so. A lot of people use smartphones and tablets. Other individuals utilize other means, such as websites, digital items, etc. Then some people use applications and software to chat and connect with friends and loved ones. One of the more popular applications for communication and chat is Zoom. It is one of the most user-friendly and efficient apps to grace tablets and computers. In addition, it is compatible with almost every device you can think of overall. For today’s tutorial, we will focus on how you can utilize Zoom’s feature to share your screen with people on a desktop computer. It is paramount that you have a stable internet connection for this process. It allows you to do the steps without encountering issues.

1What you need to do first is to open the application from your desktop.
2The next step is to log into your account using your username and password.
3On the home page, click the new meeting button in orange.
4A new screen will show. Click the share screen button from the taskbar.

6Click the button below to share computer sounds. Doing so guarantees that audio will work throughout the call or meeting.

10Select one of the options to include files and media in the meeting.
11The last thing you need to do is click the share button on the lower right panel of the screen. Doing so will share the screen, files, and other media you have adjusted.
